It's one heckva heater. I have on and plumb it to a BBQ propane bottle when hunting. On it's lowest setting it's almost too much for my 5 person tent. It'll heat up the biggest room in your house without breaking a sweat.

Good heater, good price. I have one for our cabin when the power is out. You'll want to buy an adapter and hose if you want to use a BBQ tank. It can use two onboard bottles to heat small areas or if you want it portable. Also, if you're using it indoors like us, you'll want the wall power supply. Again, this unit can use batteries to run its fan without one. Can't send to CA? I saw one for sale at Ace Hardware here in CA.
May those that love us, love us.
And those that don't love us,
            May God turn their hearts.
And if He doesn't turn their hearts,
            May He turn their ankles
So we will know them by their limping.

Also, IIRC, you will want to order the hose with a regulator, or you will also need to buy an inline filter with the cheaper hose. That is from memory when I bought mine 4 or so years ago. In any case, do a little research on the hoses before you buy one to use with a 20 gallon tank.
