Zappysales... lmao. I once ordered three abu Garcia rods from Walmart, from who do you know... zappy sales. Received it a month later, they sent me three sorry ***** spinning reels!!... returned and refunded, and received my refund 1 month later. I said okay, maybe it was just a one time deal and they won't make the mistake again.... what do you know, I decided to order something else from Zappysales.... and again the same result. Stopped buying from Walmart online ever since...

P.s. For refunds and exchange you would have to call zappysales and send them a email NOT wal-Mart. Good luck trying to get a email back.
