Any online retailers have it in stock to take advantage of the rebate ?

You need UPC from each box, due to post mark cutoff date of 12-19 looks like it is too late for you

Yeah, I would say it's not looking good. Maybe you could try a local walmart that still might be open. If you are looking for cheap 9mm and not dead set on brass, sg has a pretty good price on brown bear for $159/1k
