It's everything you would need minus the lower and magazine. The upper receiver will need to put together (built) by the buyer. I've never bought from then so idk but the deal isn't bad.

I have bought from them and they're good to go. They make nice budget uppers that I would put up against PSA any day. My new go to place fo uppers.

I've purchased one of their complete uppers before. It was during one of their sales and they were swamped with orders. They had a small mix-up with my order but their CS was easy to get ahold of and they were nice and helpful in getting my order to me.

The quality of the upper parts were good, along PSAs freedom line. .

I'd buy this if I was looking for one.

Looks like youd need a gas block and tube from what I see on the pic.
I bought a muzzle brake from them awhile ago and had poor customer service, perhaps they've changed.
