Thanks OP. Been looking for a grinder to make homemade wild pig sausage. Thought I would use the Kitchenaid since I already had the attachments to grind and stuff sausage. After reading the reviews on the LEM website, I decided that making a batch with the Kitchenaid would be a very painful experience. The video describing the Big Bite auger showing how meat gets pulled through the grinder sold me.
