I just got this bundle last week and tried a couple of the bags out. They fill up in a bucket of water to around 3 inches when laid flat. Not sure how good they dry out but your pretty much getting everything else for free, the bags alone are 3-5$ a piece. Everything I received was new not used. I know the poncho looks just like a trash bag with a hole in it but the ones I got had a hood and looked to be better material than the ones in the pic, and were vacuum sealed in a bag the size of a rolled up sock.
