^ The one in the photo has a lot of wear marks. I'm sure that can be taken care of with some cerakote tho.

The roster doesn't deal with importers. Only Make/Model.

HOWEVER - I think DOJ would argue that this is not the "CZ 75 BD" that is on the roster because of the "Police" designation on the slide. They would argue that this is a different model and is not rostered.

But that's on the slide not on the frame.

Doesn't matter where it is. It is different (even just by markings or color) than the one that was drop tested/listed.

i would say this is off roster. it has a few different features from the regular cz 75 bd. if the cz 75 sp-01 tactical isn't on roster, this police one won't be either.

If these were in the $300 range and J&G had reasonable shipping, I'd jump over it. AIM had these for $299 plus shipping awhile ago.

They're not all BD Police.

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if the roster directly deals with imports.
Because they are all imports, they are not CZ-USA, and therefore not the approved make.
This would be the basis for denial.
Which sucks.
