This was my first interaction with EBR Works and I've experienced nothing short of stellar customer service. I emailed numerous time asking about process and service offerings and Mike answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Great Service
I bought a gun on Gunbroker, which was located in NY. Had it shipped to EBR Works for them to do their magic and it got to California seamlessly. Great communication, quick service. Definitely recommend.Comment

I can't say enough good things about EBR Works service!!

Top shelf CA-Middleman services and CA-Compliance work!
Chiming in here with my EBR experience.
Like everyone else mentioned, communication from EBR was above and beyond. Mike sent a quote to me quickly about the work I needed done, and once started, he let me know what was going on at each stage. The turn around for completion was awesome too!
I had been struggling for about 6 months to get compliance work completed at another FFL. That FFL dragged their feet and ultimately didn't do any work. I expected the reason to be the ol' reliable covid delays, but they ended up saying they were too afraid to epoxy some precut mag blocks, wtf???
When Mike finally got a hold of the firearm (previous FFL also lagged on shipping out to EBR), he got the work wrapped up and the firearm outbound to my CA FFL super fast.
My DROS went flawlessly with EBR's compliance work, turning the 6 month ordeal into a complete win! I won't hesitate to use EBR's services on my next out-of-state purchase! Highly recommended!Comment

Always Good Doing Business!
I just completed another transfer with Mike. He made the process very easy. As mentioned from others, Mike communicates very well and is fast and on top of the process. He is very knowledgeable of firearms and the constant changing CA rules. I trust his expertise and we have done multiple transactions.
