Weapon Outfitters top tier 13.7" Barrels
We've been huge fans of the 13.7" barrel along with BE Meyers 249F and Noveskse KX5 combo, as both of these top tier muzzle devices mate personally to produce 16.1" long barrels when pinned/welded onto 13.7" barrels.
The BE Meyers 249F used to be available only to special operations forces, and has been shown by testing by Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) as well as published 3rd parties to be the most effective flash hider on the market. The Noveske KX5 greatly reduces blast and concussion to the user, especially with the high pressure 5.56 rifle. It makes one's rifle far more comfortable to shoot, especially in close quarters.
We recently had a run of top tier barrels done utilizing a new, patented rifling which produces greatly velocity and superior accuracy thanks greater symmtery on passing bullets.
Furthermore, the barrel blanks are heat treated 4150 CMV, machine gun grade steel, which is further strengthened through nitriding, aka "meloniting" which further hardens the steel and makes it nearly impervious to corrosion and rust. Our barrels feature a 5.56 chamber, M4 feed ramps, and a 1/7" twist rate; ideal for stabilizing heavier bullets used by MIL/LEO units.
These barrels featuring a medium contour for the two pronged benefits of greater accuracy, as well as stability at higher temperatures.
As a result, these barrels are an excellent choice for a RECCE gun, a relatively compact 3-Gun rifle, or a general purpose carbine with a bias towards accuracy.
