Saw it in Sunday's paper. 30% off Stack-On Gun Cabinets and Safes. Gonna go scout the one in Serramonte today.

No go at Serramonte. One of the associates told me that Concord is the only one in their district that carries firearms related items.

I went by Concord today and they only had one GC-908-5 left. I bought it, but will likely return it unless someone here wants to buy it from me for what I paid ($83 after tax). It's an 8 rifle security box with top shelf and is on the acceptable list of DOJ approved locking devices. Unfortunately for me it's about 4" wider than I have room for where I want to put it. The dimensions are 55" tall x 21" wide x 10" deep. I don't even have a rifle yet I think I'd be better off with a smaller safe. If anyone wants it for $83, PM me. I'm in Concord. If I haven't heard from anyone in a week, I'll just return it.
