If you have not yet started your lower and would like an exchange please take photos of the issue with a brief description and email Support@M1Machining.com and ship it back to us, and we will ship you a replacement lower receiver and refund your shipping cost to your method of payment.

Solution 2: If you have started or finished your M1-80 Lower Receiver and have run into any of these issues, please take photos of the issue with a brief description and email Support@M1Machining.com and ask for a partial refund. We will issue a refund of $30 to your method of payment.

If you have not yet started your lower and would like a refund please take photos of the issue with a brief description and email Support@M1Machining.com and ship it back to us. Note in this scenario the restocking fee will be waived, but you will be responsible for the returning shipping costs.

In case there are any questions regarding why it makes a difference if you have started or finished your Lower Receiver, once there is any material removed from the trigger pocket area, the ATF considers that Lower Receiver a fire arm and we are unable to take them back.

I have emailed you guys multiple times from my Ashur211 email account regarding the partial refund and I have yet to hear back, let alone a confirmation email that the refund process has begun/is taking place. My first email to you guys was on Oct 9 and I included pictures, detailed descriptions, and the order numbers.

Totally forgot about this thread, however I owe it to M1 Machining to say they stood by their refund and gave me a partial refund of $30 per lower. Once they submitted the refund the money was transferred from their account, through the credit card merchant and into my bank account by the end of the week.

I wish M1 Machining the best and hope that they have been able to learn from these little hiccups as I truly believe they have one of the nicest looking 80%'s on the market.

Just want to say wow stand up company. I purchased both ar-10 and ar-15 80% lowers from them. The ar-10 was perfectly fine. The ar-15 I had a minor issue which they helped me remedy as well as gave me a partial refund.

But where they stand out is the customer service. They were fast with the responses as well as followed up not to mention it was during the holidays. I forgot I was reissued a new credit card because my old one I made the purchase with had expired. So I never received my refund. But their support team followed up to inquire about my recent claim.

Hats off to a stand up american made company. Buy with confidence.

Just wanted to add also that my hat goes off to M1. They replaced two receivers for me no hassle. I had already cut one so I took pictures and sent the uncut one back and they shipped me two fresh lowers. I will definitely do business with them again in the near future. Thanks again M1machining.
