If it says 55 in front of the third number that unit is compatible with Night-Vision. If it says 51 in front of the third number that unit is NOT compatible with Night-Vision.

The most common reticle is the A65/1. This reticle has an outside 65moa circle with a 1moa dot in them middle. The also make a D1 reticle that is just a 1moa dot and it not very common at all. The 557 offer a 223 and a 308 Ballistic Drop Compensating reticle that are new to the market. To be able to use the BDC 223 or 308 reticles you will need a magnifier to be able to see it.
