Alrighty Calgunners, got a fresh batch of AK bullet button tools here, Version 3.0 nonetheless! Past versions were made from thicker aluminum and then partially milled to fit. This version uses a slightly thinner continuous piece of aluminum, which slightly reduces the size needed while maintaining the same strength.
In keeping with popular demand, these tools work perfectly with Solar Tactical AK locks and still sport a rough texture on the handle for that rugged, AK-esque feel.
For all those wondering if this tool will fit your magazine lock, here are the critical dimensions.
Front-to-back (going buttstock to muzzle) for this tool is 6.14mm. Side-to-side is 5.13mm. The prong/slot (which goes on the magazine release itself) is 1.83mm wide.
