WTS: STEN MK5 SMG Parts Set W/Wood Stock & Grip at APEX Gun Parts
Original Pakistani (POF) manufactured STEN MK5 SMG parts set with wood stock and pistol grip, 9X19/9MM Luger $174.99
Sold as a set (as pictured).
These original 9mm STEN parts kits are complete less the barrel and the receiver tube.
The trigger group housing tabs are intact.
The front barrel support piece and the ejector are still installed.
This kit comes with the unique wooden stock & pistol grip that were designed for the British Soldiers late in WWII
The butt stock has the sling swivel on top and most of the stocks are fitted with a brass butt plate.
These guns were still the original dull blue, not painted.
These kits are demilled with an acetylene torch and that causes a light brown oxidation to form near the cuts.
This is easily wiped away with gun/metal cleaning fluid/oil.
These MK5 STEN's were manufactured by Pakistan Ordnance Factory (POF)!!
To my knowledge this is the first time that POF manufactured STEN kits have been available in the USA!
The magazine housing is marked POF MARK 5 along with the AO prefix serial number, Pakistan inspectors stampings have been observed on the trigger housings we checked.
The internal parts appear mainly British.
This is a interesting variant of the best model of STEN gun ever made!
There are some excellent semi-auto STEN carbine designs available as well as sources for the conversion/build parts.
