    Is it already CA compliant?

Where are you located? Can you make it California compliant

Another interested party wondering about CA compliance issues. Would seem like a natural compliment to a PX4 Storm - what caliber(s) do you have?

Assuming the barrel is longer than 16" and the OAL is greater than 30", I think it is compliant AS-IS, with a regular mag release. Being that the magazine is inside the grip, and there aren't any other "evil" features, I think it is good to go. Anyone with more insight please chime in, I'm almost sold on it!

According to Beretta, OAL is 29.7" w/o the optional spacers, barrel is 16.6". Two additional spacers make the length of the stock go from 13.25" to 15" but it appears you only need one to make it past 30"

There is a not insubstantial risk that a DA could persuade a court and a jury that the either the grip is a pistol grip, or the cutout in the stock makes the stock a thumbhole stock. Most private sales of CX4s that I've seen either include a mag lock, or some custom work to fill the stock.

I am interested as well if you can confirm the California compliance!
