Yes, PMs are turned off as we may not be on this site everyday to answer them. We do give all Calguners the opportunity to email us by clicking on our user name and selecting the "Send email" option. Emails are sent not only to our computers but also our phones. If we are not in the office and can reply we will. If your email requires us to be in the office to get your answer then you will be responded to as soon as we are in.
