Our 80% AR-15 Lower receivers are 7075-T6 forgings, fully machined to mil-spec tolerances, and the magazine well is broached. Our forgings come from an ISO certified forge. All machine work is done in an ISO certified machine shop. The operations left to be completed are: fire control group Pocket, trigger pin, hammer pin, trigger slot and the safety selector hole. This is a not an FFL item. This is not a complete receiver and still requires machining to be done. These will be shipping in June.
We are up and ready for business. It will take around 3 weeks to machine them. Then they go to the broacher. Broaching will take a week or so. After broaching some of them will go to be anodized. That will only take 3 days. With any luck we will be shipping around the middle of June or shortly after.
