Sorry bud... I can't combine any new separate orders. The only way for me to do it now that the old invoicing system is closed down is to take CC info or create coupon codes. I was doing this up until this week, and it was taking waaay too much time creating coupons and taking CC info over the phone to justify the $2-8 people would save. I didn't mind doing it when there were only a few, but 50+ coupon codes and several dozen phone calls later I had to stop.
