I would like to introduce our company CNC Manufacturing. We have been in the business of manufacturing for the past 28 years with a combined 37+ years experience with CAD/CAM programming and CNC Machining. We are currently offering 80% lowers for the AR-15 made from 7075-T6-511 AQ ALUMINUM. Our receivers are precision machined to the finest quality standards and made right here in the USA to military specifications. Finally, they are complemented with a soft bead blast and hard anodized finish.

We are new to Cal guns but not to California's gun builders. With hundreds of satisfied customers our reputation alone has granted us many loyal and repeat customers by mostly word of mouth referrals. We have been able to meet the demands of our customers with our precision horizontal machining centers which allows us to provide a lights out operation to our customers along with other Milling, Turning and Sheet Metal Fabrication.

Currently we are in full production of Billet upper and lower AR-10 receivers and billet AR-15 lower receivers and will soon be in full scale production of AR-15 upper and lower forgings.

I took my lower up to SA&T in orange to machine my lower and it came out great and the gentleman there provided clear verbal instructions. I'm ten minutes from your shop so once my other lower comes in (hopefully by the end of April) I'm defiantly going to give you a call.

cncmfg Looks like you are going to be know in the area to bad not sooner,I think you have the right attitude and skill to help people get the best product local in S.D.area.I have been sending people to you ,I sent a guy right after I got done with my last one to see you.He was getting started and get it all done at one time instead of buying a 80% and then finding someone to do the Last 20%.You are a GREAT ONE STOP shopping and a great product.one thumb short

Can you give an idea of how much to engrave a lower?

Depends on how detailed the design is that you want. I will post pictures soon of some we have done. Generally it will cost you $60, which includes programming time.

Thought I would post a pic of something pretty cool a customer chose to have engraved on their lower. The purple color is just a crayon used so the engraving could be seen easier in the picture. Also, this is pre-anodizing.
