Side scope mount?

I'm looking for a Picatinny scope mount that will mount to the side of my Saiga with a quick-disconnect, preferably a single-arm throw. Goes over the top, inline with the barrel, maybe an inch or so above to allow use of the regular sights too...

Who's got the best deal right now?

Alternatively, is there a rail-type replacement top cover to replace the regular one, the dust cover(?) that is sturdy?
