Got my 80% receivers today. They're very clean (as opposed to the other 80% 10/22 receivers). I don't have the blueprints to check the dimensions, but given my experience with TM's AR15 and AR10 80% lowers, I doubt that'll be an issue. Now, where's that jig?

We have a batch at anodize but frankly I doubt they will be back in time to make this sale which ends in one week from today (26th of Jan)

There are some ITAR regs that don't really allow us to send blueprints. We are working on something with this in mind though.

We are working on it but it will be a few months away at this point, minimum. I don't have any more info then that though to give you, sorry.
