        The M3 is the aircraft variant of the gun. It has beefier design features to withstand the stresses of a 1200 RPM fire rate in the full auto version. Demilled kits for these are more readily available than the now very scarce and more collectible M2 kits. Manufacturers can take an M3 kit and make it look like a M2HB, but an educated person will immediately observe the differences. Read more here:

                                Just ordered a 1919 for a client today. Price still holding despite shortage of build kits. Sarco has only a few hundred kits remaining and once they are gone...well, you know what happens.
