I wanted to know what I needed to do for a WARRANTY return on a 3day B.O.B. I recently purchased from you? I've only had it a little over a month and took it on a 3 hour light hike for the first time about two weekends ago. In the middle of the hike the nylon material at the top of the water bladder compartment seperated from the zipper. See attached photos. Let me know what I need to do? Do I ship it or should I bring it by?

Ok Ron!!! this is how you want to handle this?? I've tried to handle this privately with you. When I first contacted you on the evening of the 7th of this month, I asked you about the warranty of this bag. YOU responded in your text back to me "10 DAYS". At first I thought you were joking around but when I checked your first thread I had noticed that you had removed your warranty information from it. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE FOR A REMINDER OF WHEN YOU MODIFIED YOUR THREAD. Ron YOU personaly delivered this bag to me at an old mutual friends house that also witnessed the transaction in Rancho Cucmonga on April 5th of this year. YOU didn't give me an invoice at that time, you handed me the bag to look over and while I was looking it over you told me that the bag had a 3 year warranty. I'm done being nice about this Ron, YOU ARE NOT A MAN OF YOUR WORD OR A PROFFESIONAL IN YOUR TRADE. Since you choose to not back the product you sell and are not a man of your word. I'm following through with my word to you that I would warn other people of your questionable warranty policies. ATTENTION FELLOW CalGunners, BEWARE OF ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH BLACK TYDE TATICAL OR HIS ALIAS "JEEP7081"
