This is rich. Out of state retailers sending "Magazine rebuild kits" to California residents who then thank them online for sending them a high capacity magazine. The theory that there is no "constructive possession" doctrine is pretty weak. Any one engaging in such commerce would be well advised to explore the "intent" doctrine of state laws.

Seems like most of your AR, AK, Ruger & Mec-Gar mag stock is out. Any time frame of being re stocked in magazines? Also do you or can you get XD mags?

We are out of most of the more popular magazines right now. W have them on order and they should start trickling in within the next week or so. We do carry XD magazines at all.
