Group buy on Galil Receivers (GB Closed 6-25-11)

Ok, I am putting together a small group buy for some Galil receivers. They were made by ORF shortly before Todd's death and then bought out by another company who has been building them. Before the collective "groan," I have spoken with the shop owner and he assures that these are good to go. YMMV Here is his statement:
These receivers are flawless and are heat treated properly. I want to clear the mess up on the forums about the ORF receivers. The receivers we picked up after ORF closed are the latest receivers and there is nothing wrong with them. People are still emailing me with concerns which is expected but those issues are done and gone. This goes for all the ORF receivers we have. We are building on these receivers daily and we have had no issues whatsoever!!
Anyway, he is offering them in ten packs for $2200 shipped. Do the math, that's $220 each plus the transfer fee. Now for that, these will be shipped in to my local dealer in San Diego. He charges $75 total and is easy to deal with. NOW IT IS DOWN TO A FIVE PACK FOR $1175, OR $235 EACH SHIPPED!!!

I need ZERO other receiver spoken for before we can order. Once all are taken, I will need the money up front and timely (no "can you wait two weeks" stuff). Email works best, but I will go off of the time stamp either way. Ok, who's in???

Apex Gun Parts has kits still available here: https://www.apexgunparts.com/product...oducts_id/1747

The AK Raddlock will work on these and a proper US compliance parts count is more than easily met too.

I would need some help putting this together. I don't have any fabricating tools and on the apex website it's talking about making cuts and drilling a gas port.

I'll buy one if there is going to be a build party down the road. I'm in O.C

Same here. Wish this deal was available up in NorCal.

i would be interested but I also have some serious questions on how to build this.

Is this similar to building an AR? Do we just buy the receiver? Buy a kit like...

and then just put it together? The apex linke you listed looks like it will require a lot of work with tools that an average gun owner may not have...

                            Building a Galil appears non-trivial:
