I just received my Tier 2 G36 back and it is very nice. Shot 200 rounds through it today and was flawless. Very accurate and well detailed.
Yes they need to do a better job of communication and response to their customers. I spoke to RJ today and expressed my feelings about same. He stated they are aware of it and were making changes today!
All I can tell you is if you have the money and need a fine working firearm, the work is worth the wait.
