Turners Champion safe for under 800...This vs costco?

Anyone see todays turners add with the special edition champion safe? It says 45 min fire rating and I believe 10 LIVE 1 inch bolts. Seems like a better safe than the costco one. Is it worth the 200 bucks extra?

Don't forget how to get it to your house. The costco deal includes shipping and placement in your garage. With the turners deal you have to do everything yourself.

I have a truck and live near turners/have plenty fat/hungry friends. Is this safe much better than the costco one? Worthy of the 200 dollar difference?
