Yep, the original selling price of $1200 caught my eye, too.

A mistake by me. That should go with the S&W revolver. Fixed it now.

That's what it said on the tag.

code33; I'm really glad you did this; saves me the trouble. Vlad and Dimi are great guys and I try and pimp their oddball consigment stuff when I can.

That being said...oh man I'm interested in that S&W; it's a New Departure Safety Hammerless in .32 S&W Short. Serial number puts it around 1904 manufacture I believe. The nickel is outstanding as are the grips. Mechanically sound but not a shooter for me.

Most interesting is the marking on the barrel; did you see those? Right side of the barrel is marked (spelling aside) "ITALIENS d. 38". Left side is marked "CLAUDIEN a PARIS"

I have no freaking clue what that means. A special run for Paris Police? Then what about the "Italiens" part? And what's up with the .38 marking when it's clearly a .32.

              Anyway, good pics.
              /Chris

I have a perfect Burning Man attendance record: zero.

You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city.
Everyone and their mums is packin' round here!
