Only if you leave it for weeks without cleaning after taking them to the range.

This is some great ammo for the price. It is brass cased but non-reloadable. Just the scrap price of the brass is easily $40. No recycling center is accepting steel cases for an amount worth picking them up (yet).

I'm thinking about picking some up myself... Just one last question on the corrosive thing...

I've been reading everywhere on various online sites that corrosive ain't a big deal as long as you clean... part of the cleaning involves the gas tube. Is this hard to access on an SKS?

Yup. Every time w/ corrosive. Not hard just another step.

I got a case. Cope's was selling it for I think 199.00 plus the 7.95 flat rate for shipping, but they no longer offer the flat rate on the yugo. I think this is a good deal. Also brass cased which is nice

Best advice I've found for cleaning after shooting corrosive...from a guy who should know: http://www.empirearms.com/clean.htm

I ordered my case last light and this morning I got an e-mail that said my order has been canceled due to out of stock item.

My father in law looks at me funny every time I do a "corrosive cleaning" after range trips. He's had his AK for almost 20 years and only cleans it once a year. I explained to him about corrosive ammo, etc. but he says he doesn't worry about it.

I almost feel bad waiting for an "i told you so" moment, but the damned rifle doesn't have a spec of rust or pitting on/in it.

I clean mine just to be on the safe side anyways

                        edited to add:
cleaning the gas tube is easy. comes off just like an ak. just a couple more parts is all
