Black FN SCAR 17 anyone?

Hey everyone, I'll try to get some pictures up soon, I work part time at Valkyrie Arms in Milpitas, and we have a Black SCAR17 in stock at the shop. I know this is a highly desirable rifle. I'll be honest with you though, this thing is sweet! I want it! Brand New In Box! Feel free to search the forum, and I assure you, our's is very modestly priced at $2,800.00 plus tax and dros. It is fully California Compliant, and ready to be taken out and enjoyed. Long range, hard hitting, accurate in an 8lbs package, you have to be tempted! You could be the first kid on the block with one of these!

Valkyrie is a newer shop, and we do our best to obtain hard to find products and OLL pistols. Come by, check out the store. If you have something in mind and you don't see it at the store, feel free to ask, and we'll do our best to obtain what you are looking for.

The tan is actually impressive in person, we had one come through the store yesterday. The tan never really makes it to the shelf, always sold before they even make it in to the store.

From another forum in regards to the 17

We are seeing some issues of the rounds walking when "X" number of rounds have been fired... like the barrel is sagging a bit.
We had no issue with reliability, but we had some concerns with accuracy, especially when running more than a few rounds through it in a row.

I have read that the KAC M110 exhibits the same degradation in accuracy after running more than a few rounds through it in a row.

There is a tan one either headed there or already there.
I finger F'ed in last week, probly the Black one he's talking about too.

the m110 does not have the same issues as the pencil barrel of the scar creates because it's not cut down to save weight at the cost of accurate long distance fire.

the m110 is a sniper platform the scar is a battle platform.

If you want to shoot multiple and especially accurate rounds POF and LWRC both have better rifles.

If you want to shoot for fun and for a long period of time the scar works well.
