Hmm it says in the flyer to call or use it online. I did not use it so I am not sure where to enter it. I assumed there would be a box like most other checkout systems. You can call them maybe and see if they take it that way. 1-253-6912-6636 M-F 9:00-4:00 PST

I sent them an e-mail. This was the response I received:
"There is no 10% sale, only the promo code to the people we've sent
flyers to and only on the items we included in the flyer. This code
needs to be put in the "Comments" section of the order."
Sounds like they will only honor it for the people they sent the flyers to and for specific items, but not sure how they track it....Comment

Ya, this is what I got...seems pretty pissed...
"This isn't a general discount code and there is no "10%." We mailed
flyers to our best customers w/ discounts on certain specified items.
The code is good on those items for the flyer price during the noted
time to people we mailed the flyer to."
