right, but the hammer, selector and disconnector are there. we have discussed it in the past, look at their other kits, they show the different parts, the hammer with the hook, disconnector w/ tail etc. if memory serves, they will remove toss parts before they ship if you ask, and you can replace them with your own, I am unclear if the will substitue though

notice the difference in the hammer, disconnector, selector, between the 2, your is good to go. and no, you cannot have any of the m16 fire/trigger group. a bolt carrier is good to go howeversigpic

Is it a big disadvantage to have the 1/9 twist instead of the 1/7 twist?
Anybody knows up to what round the 1/9 twist shoots fine?
thanksComment

1/9 is good up to 62 grain.Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Ordered a kit last week and it arrived on the 24th. While the parts are in generally good shape they are definitely surplus--hanguards, BCG, gas tube and most other parts show signs of use. Gas tube and firing pin still had carbon on them and handguards had some mud/dirt inside.
Stripped upper was nice and clean-no signs of wear except what might have come from storage. Barrel assembly is new.
All-in-all a good deal for the money, I think, but I'll let you know if I have any issues during assembly. After I bought a stripped lower I'm in to this for less than $600.Comment
