Introducing our plain-jane M4 style upper receiver. We decided it was time to make it simple. Our value oriented philosphy created this!
- 16" Stag 1/9 Chrome-lined barrel (Optimal to shoot the 55gr and 62gr commercial ammo)
- YHM A3 Upper Receiver with Laser T-Marks, M4 cuts, complete with door and forward assist
- RRA Milspec barrel nut and Delta Ring Kit
- Stag Arms stainless steel gas tube
- DPMS A2 Flash hider
- RRA Shiny Crush Washer
- RRA Fully Hard-Chromed Bolt Carrier Group, MP Tested.
- DPMS AR-15 Forged Charging Handle
- "F" Marked Stag Milspec A2 Forged Front Sight with Zinc-coated steel gas tube roll pin
- Drilled and Pinned with 416 Stainless Steel Press-fit dowel pins blacked on the ends to match
- Current models feature a double heat shield handguard from Spikes' Tactical with a phosphate circle cap from RRA.
- Stag A3 front sight post, detent and spring
We assemble each upper by hand and drill the A2 on a jig ensuring that the FSB is straight as an arrow. We've compared our upper to each of the name brands and have found that our build is better or just as good. The hard chrome bolt carrier group makes cleaning a snap and adds a snazzy look.
We can drill for taper pins, however we find that the dowel pins are better. (Taper pins are hit or miss, some fall out easy some take a 10lb hammer to take out.)
