    Impact Guns

I am relatively new to this forum, but I just wanted to post a comment on my experience with Impact Guns. I am not affiliated in any way with them, just a satisfied customer.

I have found their prices to be very competitive and their service is top-notch. They ship very quickly! If you are looking for a firearm or any accesories, I can recommend Impact Guns without reservation.

Good service is rare these days, so I just felt like letting you guys know about my experience with impactguns.com.

I guess somebody should get good service from Impact once in a while. Lucky you!

I will never shop with them again. Made the mistake once and learned my lesson. I received horrible customer service and was flat out lied to buy one of their staff. Never again

That make 3 of us. My 2 experiences with them were somewhat lacking. Order stuff that says in stock, only to find a week later its not.

          You got lucky.

The last time I ordered a firearm from Impact Guns no order confirmation was sent. It took them just over 2 weeks to ship after they received my FFL. They didn’t provide a shipping notification or tracking number. I wouldn’t call that great customer service, especially on a >$800 order.

Impact Guns is another hole-in-the-wall shop that keeps almost no inventory but shows tons of stuff as being in stock - similar to tgscom.com, glockworld.com, et al. If you want a good price and don't mind waiting a couple of weeks for your order with minimal communication they're o.k. The problem is that they don't tell you up front that the item you ordered has to first be ordered from their distributor and shipped to them before they can ship it to you.

My last order with them went ok... Good prices, but I waited a couple weeks before my item was shipped... The tracking number was also invalid.

I had a good experience with them purchasing a streamlight just last week. I was dealing with Kathy via email and she was prompt to give me the info i was looking for.

I would buy from there again but would want to deal with Kathy again considering I had a good experience. They do have competitive prices.

I found their (firearm) prices to be non-competitive. But I really liked the friendly folks working for the Boise store and found myself purchasing indoor range time every single weekend there. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in once a week to browse, and regularly make lead deposits at 25 yard distances.

I really wish we had their indoor range here. Not that anyone would make a habit of shooting a 30-06 indoors at 25 yards, but knowing that you CAN would be awesome.

I was shopping for a pocket auto and they had a great price - $599 for the PM9. After reading a bunch of bad stuff about them, I shot an email out, but didn't get a response for 2 days. So I called and left a message, and another day went by. Finally I reported this on another thread and after 5 days, got a return email that they were out of stock. So hopefully others have had good experiences with them, but for me, there are tons of companies out there doing business and I would prefer someone who responds promptly and acts eager for my business.
