placed and order over the phone more than a week ago. Tried calling them, phone just rings and rings. Tried emailing them, email bounced back. Called my card company and they said they tried to charge me more than what i had ordered. Needless to say i canceled my card. THey also claim to be part of the NRA business affiliates group. So i called the NRA and reported it. Google them there are tons of people in the same boat, ripped off cant get anyone to take care of thier orders..Avoid at all costs.....

It still says that! LOL I had a problem dealing with them almiost a year ago and the phones were being upgraded then..? I had to use some stupid messenger thing.. I eventually got my stock and there was an extra one in the box.. Seems like a company to avoid. I like midway usa, cabelas, and brownells.

I placed an order with them ~2 weeks ago for some parts for my maglites. Took them about 1 week to finally ship the parts out but once shipped I had what i needed within 2 days.

I noticed the bad reviews online, but took a chance with them for my Kahr PM9 because their price was CRAZY low.

I called them 3 times and they answered each time and they were helpful as well.

I placed my order and the gun came in just as advertised. I was charged the proper amount too.

I was very pleased with my transaction. Perhaps I was just lucky. But based on my personal experience, I would buy from them again.

I bought a pistol from their Glockworld.com site in July. I called after a week had passed and my "in stock" pistol hadn't shipped. They DID answer their phone, but the details were sketchy - they claimed that my pistol first had to be shipped from their, "other location" to their, "shipping location" before they could ship it to me. They couldn't tell me when my order would ship or even when it would arrive at their, "shipping location".

The only thing they're guilty of is claiming that have items in stock when they don't keep inventory. If you're willing to wait a week or two for your stuff to save some coin they're o.k. My order arrived 10 days after I placed it, was as-advertised and they charged the correct amount.

I have avoided that trap by, writing in the instruction line to cancel my order if the product is out of stock, or on back order.

No issues here either. Prompt shipping. They seem to operate a lot of websites with the same staff - looks like service is inconsistent.

Isn't tgscom.com also TopGlock.com? If so, I've been ordering stuff from them for a few years now, with no problem at all, in fact the service has been top notch for me. I've only dealt with them over the intrawebs, never over the phone.
