I can only say I have self with him twice but will be ordering from him this week so I can get my build complete but he has answered several emails from me at all times of the night , but if its out if spec why not ship it to him just to prove it? Wrong is wrong u shouldn't have to pay if u have a bad product I will agree with that
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson don't speak for all black people!

My thing is I buy allot of stuff. And it happens once and awhile that something doesn't work. It might be my gun. That's whatever. It's how you speak to your customers. What happen to the customer is always right? On top if that when I return something I don't want a bunch of BS just say send it back and well credit you. When I return something to walmart or target or Costco I don't get a line of crap I get "no problem sir here is your refund, sorry it didn't work for you." That's why I go back to those places. I was in no way rude prior to the last email to make it seem like it was there companys fault, But thank you for your input.

Yeah - he's that way. Very helpful, but essentially, no returns. I bought some bolt head parts for my Vector MP5 clone (supposedly all interchangeable parts) WRONG! A number of the bolt head parts are NOT the same as the HK. Again, wasn't much, but I didn't know. I kind of thought that since this was HIS specialty, he should have known, or said "sure, send the parts back".. But nope.

I have since ordered additional stuff from him (HK addict), very helpful, but the no return thing is a bit of a problem which, if solved, would make him a much more usable seller.

Glad I'm not the only one on these forums to experience there horrible return policy. Oh well, I just wanted to open everyone's eyes that they don't stand by there product and cant afford to take back returns. Everything you buy online is a gamble, That's why a good return policy is as needed as good products and service.

Try Gordon Miller (HK specialist). I've dealt with him and had no problems. He won't ship any firearms to CA. but will sell the parts.

Well, went to the web page for ol' Gordon, and I have to say it's horribly laid out. Where Adam has the parts logically liste by firearm (ie. all MP5 parts, all HK93 parts etc.) Gordon has great obscure catagories like "small parts" and "carrier and related parts". So not only do you have to guess where a part you are looking for is, you then have to wade through every other make and model of HK under that catagory to find yours. Then, only to find out his prices are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than Adam's. (Over $100 more for the G36 dual optic I'm looking for) (and he didn' have it in stock either)

First of all are you trying to fit this onto your GSG5? Or do you actually have a HK clone made by MKE, imported by ATI?

I've ordered from Adam numerous times before with no problems, one time he shipped me the wrong part, I contacted him and he sent me a return shipping label with the correct part right away, no issues there.

I had no problem with adam during my hk usc to ump conversion. Quick processing and shipping, decent prices, and excellent quality on the parts I received. Happy customer and I'd shop there again. The instructions even said if I didn't feel comfortable fitting the parts to the rifle I could send them in and adam would fit it free if I paid return shipping.

It's a mke at-94a2 9mm. Imported by ATI, It's made by a company that has the only liscence hk contract. Not bashing. Freedom of speech and as I can tell I'm not the only one with this problem.

No other company I know handled business this poor so I thought I'd make it public so other calgunners that have the same views that I do know that this company will only think about the money aspect not the costumer.

I praise vendors that have a means of feedback. Like Tracy pistol and rifle. I recently posted how great there CS was.

I have been in contact with Adam all day and we are in agreeance on this situation. So obviously I'm not in the wrong. We are now on the right foot and Adam is going through the steps to make this right. I will be deleting this tread as soon as this is behind us and I will become a full time customer. Thanks everyone for your responses.

They are tried and true. They check their stuff against factory specs, and most of their stuff is factory so there is no debate there. The stuff they sell, which is not factory is tested on factory guns for compatibility.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed but it gets me wondering what else were you expecting. They guy offered to check the very part that you received for fit!

I have dealt with almost all vendors extensively, he ranks amongst the best.

I personally like reading all reviews, and I thank you for yours. Usually the negative ones tell how items were not delivered with no refund and such. Or the item was worn out beyond life and it was listed as NIB.

You did declare that HKParts is bad, that is why I called it bashing. If you would have started a thread with the heading " My bad experience" or something like that it would be sharing opinion.

With all due respect, it is about the money! Foremost bills have to be paid and kids need to be fed.

Not liking the price is another issue, but let market dictate the terms. If a particular store is the only one who carries a specific product then folks are SOL. At the same time, price may seem high to the customer but there is no telling what the business paid for it.

Just my opinion - HKParts is far better than most out there. I will go as far as saying that they set the bar for others to follow.

People often only speak out when they feel they have been wronged or are unsatisfied. Take yourself for instance. How many vendors have you praised by starting a thread? So its likely you will hear from people who are not happy. people who have no opinion and the ones who have a positive opinion will likely not speak out, that is just the way it is.

                          I don't see the problem?

He offered to check the fit for you. If it is out of spec as you claim then he will takecare of it, if not, then it's your fault and why should he take it back?

I think we are all spoiled now by these larger than life retail stores that can afford returns for no reason. When you are dealing with smaller companies you cannot expect the same.

He wasn't out of line IMO.

Maybe you should start a thread on how he took care of you otherwise you just proved freddieusa's point.

I don't think there is anymore room for fan boys. It wasn't about the return. It was about the worthless comment. But as I stated he has apologized and were on a new foot.

No one cares what your honest opinion is. Were not babied by the larger chains. If something doesn't work it goes back. End of story. If you buy wheels for your truck online and it's said to fit then you go to put them on and the lug pattern is wrong, are you gonna just sit on the money you spent and say **** it. No your gunna try to get a refund and if it goes smooth you'll buy the correct ones that will fit from the same company. If not you'll move on. So before you speak, cause it's your right, think if you were in the same situation.

BUYING ONLINE IS A GAMBLE. You don't have the chance to try before you buy. No more stupid comments, thinking your gonna get in good with Adam or whatever other ignorant reason you might have.
