Dude relax,
This can most likley be solved with a simple email to them explaining that the hat was not in the order. I am certain they will ship it to you once they know.
And I highly doubt they intentionally tried to screw you.Comment

Maybe because of your attitude. You've been somewhat rude to two posters, calling them Shirlock (actually spelled Sherlock) and Socrates (actual credit should have gone to Piers Plowman for the saying "Patience is a virtue").
Chill out and wait until Monday, call your supplier and I'm sure you'll get "the big hat rip-off" straightened out.

I don't know, do you think it is the tone of some of your responses?
Maybe it was the tone of your post "Did BHT 'screw' me?"
If you asked something like "does anyone have contact information about BHT, they made an error on my order and I cannot get in contact with them and I am concerned that they may have closed shop" you may have gotten a more civil response than a bunch of folks rolling around laughing about a missing cap.
