No, they use their own magazine. We have Kel Tec Sub 2000 rifles that use the Glock 22 magazine though.

Interested in the Hi Point 4095TS-CA, but does is the ATI stock compatible for the .40? If so, would the bullet button work with it?

I do not know if the magazine lock will work on the ATI stock

(To be fair I did only inquire about the .45 version - Not sure if there is a difference.)

Another out of state dealer told me there was a way to get them registered -

But that doesnt really help if they get confiscated anyway.

Once the magazine lock is installed, the gun is completely California legal. I would love to see the email and find out who sent it, because the owner of Hi Point is aware we are sending these rifles re-configured with the magazine lock and personally ensured me that he would continue to fully warranty all these California compliant models.

Dean called me and explained the situation with the staff at HiPoint. It seems although the HiPoint staff means well - They are a little mis-informed.

I'm getting a .45 when they are shipped - Very good reviews - Kool as hell - Good stopping power in close/mid range - And cheap to buy and shoot...

What's not to like...?!?!?!
