Just saw this in store at their Santee location this afternoon.

Buy two JD Machine lowers, get them at $99.99ea.

Forgot to ask how long the deal is. Yes, same price as the recent early July sale from the nice guys in Costa Mesa. I also didn't ask if it was in store only or ?? Their website is http://www.discountgunmart.com/

plus Joe is friendly at parallax. i walked into the santee shop a while back and they didnt even ask if i need help. there were 3 employees and 3 customers including myself. i must have drove up in my daily bucket that day.

Joe is great would recomend him to everyone and if you are biulding an ar you have to check him out. I got my first ar from him and since than he is now building me a 7.62 upper and he will now be helping me get all the parts to build a .50 beowulf. I have been doing all this threw email since i am on deployment and have no way of calling. fast shipping also my mom got my parts i ordered (in ohio) 3 days after i placed my order.

+1 for Joe and Parallax Tactical. I remember talking to employees at DGM just a year or two ago and all I heard was FUD regarding AKs and ARs.

if my only choice to buy a gun or go to range was DGM or nowhere..i'd stop shooting and take up archery, or airguns. There are plenty of good shops to support in so cal... hopefully we can put dgm out of business by not supporting them w/ our $.

The spirit of that rule was to stop people from making negative comments about a private sale. In some cases, the commercial sales section is different with the rules. For instance, the new bumping rule does not really apply to those posting 'good deals' for companies they do not work for.

I do not work there, just wanted to share the good deal with you.

In this case, since you have noted you do not work for Discount Gun Mart, no thread-crapping is happening. The point of threads like this is to find the best deal. And since you have no invested interest in DGM sales making all things equal, the best deal would prevail.

It would be different if you representing DGM, however you are not.

um...this isn't thread crapping... there is no private sale..and this wasn't posted by dgm.

P.S. I don't really care what you don't really care for... I care to advise fellow calgunners on how crappy DGM is so that if they do still decide to spend their money there, at least they have been fairly warned.
