    So which is it?
You went by and asked in the hour or so between the posts?

WRT sales tax, California BOE requires FFLs to collect it. FFL transfers are one of the few areas where they have an auditable paper trail for enforcement.

Thanks for the heads up, that is not far from home & I didn’t know they were there. I’m going to check them out today. For any FFL Brightspot is #1 for me but a new toy store in town – need to see what they have.

That's enough right there to decide NOT to step foot in that store or let anyone I know use them.

          Thanks for the info

I believe his is speaking about Riverside

Bullseye charges 25 to ship a rifle to them, and then 25 for dros. Total 50

Riverside charges a total of 65 to have it shipped to them and he said after dros it 95 buck.

Cockbottle, yes i went by since they are right down the street and I'm shopping around to find out where to have my rifle i'm going to order shipped to. So yes I went over there is an hour. The shops are actually 10 min apart.

                Okay, that makes sense now.

With Bullseye being mentioned and the subsequent posts not specifying which shop... simply saying "they", it was impossible to tell which shop charged what.
Your two posts appeared to be referring to the same store.

I took it as Bullseye being jacked up. (by first hand experience of Blacklist231)

Bear, do you have an personal experience at either store regarding fee's? Not just calling them or hear-say. Your post threw us all for a loop and I'm trying to get to the bottom of this. Looks like Blacklist has a vastly different experience.

I'm sorry for throwing everyone for a loop.
I have bought ammo and accessories at both stores. Both have good prices. As far as fees for shipping a rifle I have not used either one yet, I am looking for the best deal for that. I have spoke to both shops in person a few times about their fees and my posts were what they have told me. I know I will not be using Riverside because 95 is way to much. I most likely in the next week or so will be using Bullseye.
Everyone at both shops are nice and knowledgeable.
