Please don't use it in our CA forests in summer when it's dry.

I don't think he is calling anyone a F ing idiot. Too many people have a lack of common sense regardless of intelligence.

              Exactly.

In the CA wilderness during summer it gets INSANELY dry, and steel core can cause a spark and that's all it takes to start a fire.

              Just a friendly reminder.

                Purchased 1k rds from http://palmettostatearmory.com/1101.php
Be careful, adult signature is not required with their shipments. My ammunition came today but I was unable to make it home before the ups delivery came. To my surprise I checked my ups status on my phone and it said they left the ammo at my front door! I live in Anaheim so having a box that says, SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION, slapped on the box and left at my front door with noone home is just absolutely ridiculous. They seriously need to make ammo shipments more discreet. Some cholo could have easily saw it and stole it. Make sure you are home for delivery if you order from Palametto.

I wouldn't single out Palmetto for that, my ammo orders from various vendors have all been left at my front door with no signature required.

This is the first time this has happened to me and I order from numerous places also. Its just common sense to have an adult signature on all ammunition packages. I wouldn't be complaining if my ammo was shipped in a simple plain box because noone will know theres ammunition in it. But all im simply saying is if youre like me and want a signature because you might miss the ups guy and dont want ammo left on the front door...before you place your with order Palmetto you might wanna notify them that you want an adult signature

I've never had to sign for ammo delivered to my home. It is just left at the front door. Probably a good policy to have an adult sign for ammo delivery, but it's up to the individual shipping company to make their own policies.

Agreed I have never had to sign for ammo. And I have ordered from numerous online retailers. Not once have I ever had to sign for it. It has always been dropped on the porch.

As for the ammo itself anyone have any reviews of it? I know the PMC Bronze is good so I would assume this is as well.

Ya, is this stuff any good? I need to hear some user reviews. It is PMC so I know it is acceptable. But how are the groups? I am trying to go with this stuff instead of LC M855 to save some cash.

Just went to the range today to shoot this stuff. I purchased 1k rounds from palmetto. This is currently the best bulk ammo I have ever ran through my rifle. Pics to come.
