The price is including DROS fee, so you could think the price of the gun is $415 (plus DROS is $35= $450).

I will wait for potential buyers till the 1st week of June, then I will ship this back to Minnesota.

It's not exactly, just giving you an idea of supposing a PPT stiation. The $450 includes FFL transfer fee which includes one registration fee.
