I just have to say that I will never buy from botach again. Its a long story but I am still waiting for a part of my order 2 months later. I called to ask if it was on back order, there was no response so I left a message. Got a text message 2 minutes later saying it was not. Was it that hard to just answer the phone? Delivery has taken so long that I moved and asked them to send the remaining items (2) to my new apartment and they still sent it to my old apartment 3 weeks after I asked them to change the address and they said they did. I had to drive across town to get my package. WTF!!! So now I am just stuck waiting for my gear. Never Again!!!!!

Botach Tactical

I was trying to find a holster for a S&W M&P40 and I could not locate one to be delivered within one week. I saw a holster and magazine carrier at Botach which appeared to be available. I called Botach customer service verified it was in fact in stock. I asked if they could deliver it within one week, they said they could with standard delivery. I purchased the holster and the next day it arrived. I was shocked and pleased. Yesterday, I was in the LA area and visitied the Botach Store to get a few items. The store is not so much a store but a warehouse. I found a wide variety of items I was looking for at great prices and had personalized service. Everything was in stock and I was and I was allowed to examine and demo items even though they were extremely busy. While at the store, I saw a high volume of walk in traffic as well as noting their phones were ringing off the hook. The staff were extremely helpful curteous and knowledgable. I will definately continue to do business with Botach in the future.

I was just about to order one of these, when I realized they are a California store, and I had to pay sales tax on the purchase. Maybe I will try to save some more quarters in my gun fund before this sale is over.
