"CPF" would be the 15% off. A few weeks ago the light was on sale for ~$10 the normal price... coupled with the 15% off, it'd come down to less than $60, but I guess the sale is over.
TLR3 also uses a single and less common CR2 battery, not the CR123s that the TLR1s use.
