Norinco M14 clone at City Arms in Pacifica

Stopped by my favorite gun store last night and saw they had a Norinco M14/M1A clone on consignment for $875.00 with a synthetic stock.

Not mine, but if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive M1A type, there you go.

I have a perfect Burning Man attendance record: zero.

You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city.
Everyone and their mums is packin' round here!

    Farmers.
    Who else?

i know outside of CA you are able to find these at gun shows around $400-800, so that price is at the high end of the range. i've never shot one but thought about finding one a few years back.

are they just as rugged and dependable as say an SA M1A?

Honestly I don;t know how the Norinco's stack up to the USGI or Springers; I know what I've read on-line, but we all know what that's like.

I just mention it, 'cause it seems to be a relatively rare bird.
