Rat Worx USA has very good deals (IMO) on the brand new STG E4.
(For those who do not know, that is a Steyr AUG Clone bade by Microtech that takes AR mags.)
Rat Worx is CA friendly and will install a raddlock and add a longer flash hider if you opt for the 16 in barrel version. The 16 in has 27 in OAL and needs a longer flash hider for CA. The 20 in is good to go at 31 OAL.
They have a 16 in, a 20 in and (even a 24 in heavy barrel model)
1300 for base rifle with factory optics rail
1350 for rifle with factory optics (uber cool tube,1.5 mag w/donut of death)
50 for the raddlock (includes install)
They will block the 30 round magazines to 10 for 7 dollars a mag.
* 5 mags come with the package.
They have Black and OD and supposedly a couple tan.
They also have screaming deals on the earlier model that takes proprietary mags (STG 556)
(They are currently waiting on a shipment of Raddlocks (supposed to arrive today or tomorrow) to begin shipping to CA.)
