I have a complete unfired Rock River 458 Socom upper with the Smith Vortex flash suppressor.
Cash price is $775 firm.
Located in the city of LA, just 50yds outside Culver City.
It has a basic round freefloat tube on it, but I have other handguard tubes and rail systems available to upgrade it.
No charge to install another handguard if you buy it with the upper.
