Ya, but these are still $75 shipped....
Plus FFL+DROS.
Cheapest readily available FFLS in my area are $35 for receivers, so that's $55+$20+$35+$25 = $135 OTD (plus gas to drive about 70 miles rt2x).
$90 OTC + $25 + Tax = roughly $123 OTD (I used 8.75% tax)- Rich

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't this the company that ripped off a bunch of cal gunners on horrible junk ammo that they were trying to pass off as factory? And then they wouldn't take it back? Pretty sure I am right.
I would stay clear of these people twice, once for the fact that they screwed over fellow cal gunners and once for the fact that they refused to make it right. -gjdComment

No complaints here. I recently bought a DPMS upper (RGUNS is an authorized DPMS dealer) and the online transaction was smooth - fast shipping and competitive price. Before that I also purchased 1919 accessories - bipod, T&E, carry handle, etc. - and the result was the same. I'll deal RGUNS again without hesitation.Comment

Half a year ago, people (I mean vendors) were telling buyers to buy lowers at $250 and get your hands on these before they're gone forever. Today....wow! The "fear" is gone. Too many new manufacturers jumping on the bandwagon. I predict will see even lower prices from "clearance sales" from manufacturers going out of business soon.Comment

My business only goes to vendors who didn't gouge. There were actually quite a few who didn't. It really steams me about buying some of those high dollar lowers, out of fear. I remember having the conversation with several who fed the buy it at any price or end up without fear.
There is more NEW info on the ARF link I already posted. One of the guys contacted the mfg of these lowers and posted it on that link. I guess these were the first production run and closed out. The new run will have better finish and improved graphics.Comment

Ahh... so if the idea is to build a duracoated camo rig, these might be just the thing.
I guess if we can find them from another source or middleman them through Freakshow.... but the MM kills the cost savings.- Rich

This is wrong, i just emailed them and they will start shipping to CA this week. Here is the actual email:
"yes. we are just about on linr with KA. can start shipping this week"
They still have the $55.00 lowers + 20 shipping. Not a bad deal, and not bad lowers from what i've read.

What??I purchase a barrel about 4 or 5 months ago from R-Guns. They said they had it in stock and charged my CC. I waited for confirmation then got a Back order. I E-mailed and got no reply. I phoned and no-one answered? Then the charge fell ff my card and I forgot about it. A month or two later the charge reappeared on my card with no E-mail to even ask if I was still interested. I called R-Guns again and got a hold of someone. I asked if my product was going to ship and why I didn,t get an E-mail notifying me? He said that I would have had to ask for notification when I ordered. Also I did later get an E-mail to tell me when it shipped but no tracking info. I again wrote back and asked why no tracking then was told I should have asked for tracking info when I place my order. I ended up getting my parts but a little attitude from them along with it. I just chalked it up as a learning experience and would not do business with them again. Also when I got my package I received a handwritten receipt I wonder if they don't use computer programs for sales? IMHO poor customer service and no communication.
, Just bought an upper from them ad got the same attitude, if i just knew before.
Have to edit. The upper arrived today and seems like a good fit.Last edited by Tenamaxtle; 01-19-2010, 8:56 PM.Like good tasting food? Got land? Want to make better use of your resources? Concerned about land stewardship? Hire me:

Always next week?
I just spoke to them today(1-21-10) and they said they are now set up for CA sales and would start shipping the on hold orders for Sharps lowers next week. I hope it happens, but this is the 3rd time I have heard "next week".This is wrong, i just emailed them and they will start shipping to CA this week. Here is the actual email:

Perhaps more people should call and let them know they are a topic of forum speculation?Comment
