YUP! I have only had them give me problems with an upper that had a 30rd mag as part of the package. They wouldn't remove the mag, so the entire item was not Cal approved.

They won't ship to the cities of Oakland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, And there are some others cities these are just off the top of my head

Sacramento [city, not county] as well.

Also, certin counties currently prohibit mail-order ammo shipments. I'm thinking Marin County is one.
