In my experience, the best way to get a discount is to ask them privately.

I own a business and when a customer asks for a discount loudly in front of other customers, I automatically say no. The customers that wait patiently and asks me to the side are the ones that get the discount.

This is universal for all businesses.

I visited their and it is difficult to navigate and buy an upper directly from them.
